In researching the previous item, I came across this reference on Trendhunter to self-powered 'dancing' green buildings. They are expected to appear first in Dubai (where else?).
The Dynamic Architecture project by Florentine architect, David Fisher, comprises buildings that look like a stack of discs. Each layer is a floor and uses wind energy to rotate.
